Elisenvaarankuja is a row house made of solid log wall construction, in which three two-storey apartments enjoy of opened and spacious floor plan solutions.
The south-facing terraces extend the indoor spaces towards the outside. The sculptural but simple roof shape with the cut-out terraces integrates the building mass into the surrounding with mainly small housing as well as gives shelter from the weather to the terraces and from the excessive sun heat load during summer months.
The building floor plan and three-dimensional shape are efficiently solved to fit all the programmed functions without having to leave aside architectural quality.

The building is also provided with geothermal energy.
